1Scope of Service & Platform Role

ProFix Appliance operates strictly as a digital matchmaking tool and free informational resource. Our platform’s primary objective is to assist property owners in efficiently routing appliance repair requests to independent, third-party contractors operating locally.

By using this framework, you acknowledge that:

We do not employ repair technicians, dispatch operators, or mobile field staff.
We do not own, control, or operate the service vehicles or equipment used during diagnostics.
Our platform does not charge a brokerage fee to users for making connections with contractors.

2User Verification Responsibilities

Because all participating contractors are entirely independent operators, ProFix Appliance does not confirm, warrant, or guarantee any specific certifications, trade licenses, or operational criteria.

It remains the sole, absolute responsibility of the individual customer or home owner to directly request, evaluate, and verify that any responding professional they choose to hire carries the necessary mechanical trade licenses, active municipal permits, and comprehensive liability insurance required to safely execute repairs on the property.

3Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, ProFix Appliance, its developers, directors, or associated network partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, financial disruptions, or structural issues resulting from interaction with our system.

This includes, but is not limited to: property damage, incomplete repairs, broken component warranties, technician arrival delays, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly out of any agreements made between you and an independent contractor found through this network.

4Prohibited Uses

Users agree to engage with this landing matrix for legitimate residential repair coordination queries only. You are strictly barred from:

Submitting fraudulent service requests or false appliance failure parameters.
Scraping content, phone lines, or structural formatting to populate competitor aggregators.
Using platform contact endpoints to transmit unsolicited commercial offers (SPAM).

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the absolute structural right to modify or adjust this legal text at any time without prior explicit broadcast. Continued interaction with our platform endpoints following changes denotes formal confirmation and binding acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
